Inspection reports should be tied to a specific bearing model, order quantity, material, seal type, precision or noise grade, and application requirement. A generic report is not always enough for OEM, maintenance, or regulated purchasing work.
Common Inspection Items
- Bore, outside diameter, and width checks
- Seal or shield confirmation
- Material or material-grade confirmation where required
- Visual inspection for appearance, rust, surface damage, and packaging condition
- Noise, vibration, or precision-related checks when specified by the buyer

To request an inspection report, send the model number, drawing or existing bearing code, target quantity, required standard, acceptance tolerance, and whether photos or short inspection videos are required.
