2. Stainless Steel Production Process Flow
To guarantee the purity and structural integrity of our bearing materials, the stainless steel raw materials undergo a rigorous, multi-stage refining and forming process.
Melting & Refining: Electrode Arc Furnace ➔ VOD (Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization).
Casting & Forming Methods
CC (Continuous Casting): Processed through a bar and wire continuous hot rolling mill to produce Hot rolled wire rods and Hot rolled bars.
IC (Ingot Casting): Processed through a blooming and finishing machine, then a plate mill to produce Hot rolled flat bars.
ESR (Electro Slag Remelting): Processed via forging hammers and high-speed forging machines to produce high-density Forged bars, Axles, Discs, Rings, Cylindrical shells, and Modules.
